At slightly higher power, 5 myeloma cells in this field exhibit blue intranuclear inclusions. These inclusions are Dutcher bodies. Two are observed in each of the myeloma cell nuclei at 8,10 and 2 o’clock. See comment
Comment: 
Dutcher bodies have been reported in a variety of mono- clonal gammopathies (see refer-ence below. These gammopathies included plasmacellular dyscrasias and some lymphproliferative disorders.They are now listed without regard for frequency (the reader is urged to review the reference for details of frequency in individual disorders): 
1) myeloma, 2) plasmacytoid lymphoma. notably Waldenstrom variant, 3) small cell lymphoma, 4) small cleaved follicular center cell lymphoma, 5) B immunoblastic sarcoma, 6) amyloidosis with IgM spike.
