Description: 
This is a rare case of myeloma characterized by intracytoplasmic storage of immunoglobulin in crystal form. Crystals in plasma cells are the only inclusions diagnostic of myeloma (WHO, 2008). In this case, crystal-bearing, abnormal plasma cells were relatively few in number, necessitating construction of a composite slide for illustration.See comment.
