Description: 
At higher power, these cells still follow the description of the preceding frame. A few nucleoli are seen. Peripheral to the hofs, the heterogenous appearance of cytoplasm probably reflects prominence of endoplasmic reticulum.
Comment: 
Myelomas with mature cytology such as this are deemed among the least aggressive of their genre. This photomicrograph was taken from a completely different case. It is been included at this juncture for contrast and to illustrate the morphology of a much more immature myeloma. END OF CASE. (SEE ADDENDUM NEXT SLIDE)
