Description: 
This is a file case of one of the rarest of myelomas. Abnormal plasma cells exhibit varying degrees of maturity. Some smaller cells appear more mature with clumped chromatin. A few somewhat larger cells appear more immature exhibiting dispersed chromatin and more prominent nucleoli.
