Description: 
Again a mixture of larger and smaller abnormal plasma cells (myeloma cells) is exhibited. Nucleoli are generally not conspicuous. In the lower portion of the RUQ, four, well preserved polychromatophilic normoblasts are noted .
Comment: 
This is a higher power view of portion of the preceding frame (actually from the right upper quadrant of that frame). The reader will notice that a number of dead cells and some detritus have been removed in an attempt to unclutter the field.
