In this field are 4 myeloma cells (one binucleate). Between the lower two myeloma cells is a mature small lymphocyte. Notice differences between the chromatin of the myeloma cells and that of the interposed lymphocyte. See comment.
Comment:
The chromatin of the myeloma cells is focally and sharply clumped. That of the normal lymphocyte is at once clumped and smudged.
