Description: 
Biopsy : In this field, two large multinucleate myeloma cells are noted, each with substantial differences in component nuclear sizes. Beside one of these ( in RLQ) is a large uninucleate form. Several binucleate myeloma cells are observed in this frame.
Comment: 
After scouring the biopsy for multinucleated myeloma cells, the author found two - both in one field. Is this enough for a diagnosis of ‘pleomorphic myel-oma’? In the author’s opinion, there should be many more.
